PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Dai Tam purple star apple is an endemic fruit variety found only in Dai Tam commune, My Xuyen district, Soc Trang - many gardeners have tried to grow this variety elsewhere but have not achieved comparable quality. The unique soil and water sources of this land are inimitable factors, creating star apples with a distinctive purple, glossy skin and a thick, creamy white flesh inside.

Biting into a tree-ripened Dai Tam star apple immediately reveals a refreshing sweetness, a smooth, creamy texture, and a delicate, characteristic aroma, completely different from star apples grown elsewhere. This fruit is only available for one season a year and is always out of stock when in season.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Wash thoroughly under running water before use, pat dry gently. Lightly press the stem of the fruit - if it feels soft, it's ripe and ready to eat. For the best taste, chill for 30 minutes before serving. Cut in half or eat whole by gently squeezing to release the pulp. Do not let the fruit get too ripe before eating, as it will lose its characteristic delicate sweetness.

STORAGE

Fresh star apples are tree-ripened, with no preservatives. After receiving, store in the refrigerator and consume within 5-7 days. Do not wash the fruit before storing, as moisture will cause it to spoil quickly. Do not leave at room temperature for more than 2 days after receiving. This is a seasonal fruit - only available from November to February, so order early while supplies last.
