Pleiku is located at an altitude of over 700 meters above sea level, with a cool climate year-round and large day-night temperature swings – these are ideal conditions for coffee beans to accumulate sugar and develop their aroma slowly and fully, compared to coffee grown in lowlands.

Vietmorsel's Pleiku coffee is hand-roasted in small batches – roasted to perfection, ground to the right consistency, and packaged immediately after cooling with a one-way air valve to prevent the aroma from escaping. No artificial flavors, no impurities – the rich black color of the coffee in the phin filter and the warm, intense aroma are entirely natural from the bean.

It's delicious brewed with either a phin filter or a machine, but the most authentic Pleiku taste comes from a small phin, brewed slowly, and drunk hot early in the morning when the highlands are still misty – that sweet bitter taste blended with the cold air is something Gia Lai people always remember when they are far from home.

Phin brew: 20-25g coffee for 150ml of 90-95°C boiling water. Press gently, wait for the coffee to drip slowly for 4-5 minutes. Drink black and hot, or add ice and condensed milk to taste.

Espresso machine: grind finer, use 18-20g for a double shot.

Cold brew: steep 80g of coffee in 600ml of cold water for 12-16 hours in the refrigerator.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight and humidity. Seal the bag tightly after each use – the one-way air valve on the bag allows CO2 from the coffee to escape without letting outside air in. Do not store in the refrigerator, as moisture and other food odors will affect the aroma. Consume within 1 month after opening to ensure optimal freshness and aroma.
